Five browser tabs, the same prompt pasted in each, a transcript that wouldn't translate well from any single model. The fix wasn't a better prompt, it was a tool for running them all in isolation and synthesizing one final version.

A Kaggle rule banned multi-model setups, so the council had to live inside a single LLM. Though Gemini 3.0 is really powerful for simulating multi-perspective reasoning. A few days later Andrej Karpathy named the same idea.
